| What you see | Most likely cause | Go to |
|---|---|---|
| No channels, or “playlist can’t be loaded” | Login details, server address or account | Add a playlist and TiviMate error codes |
| Channels load but won’t play | Stream blocked, offline, or wrong format | Playback error |
| Buffering, spinning or stuck loading | Connection, device or server | TiviMate buffering |
| Empty TV guide or wrong times | Guide address, matching or time zone | TiviMate EPG |
| Premium features locked again | Device no longer linked to your account | TiviMate Companion |
| TiviMate crashes or closes | Low storage or memory, or an outdated version | Below |
If TiviMate crashes or closes
- Update TiviMate. On Google TV and Android TV, update from Google Play; on Fire TV, install the latest version from the developer’s download (the app checks for updates itself).
- Free storage and clear TiviMate’s cache. On a Fire TV, see Fire TV storage full.
- Reduce the load: hide unused groups and keep fewer days of guide.
- Restart the device.
Before you contact anyone
- Test your login in another app. If it fails there too, the issue is the login, the server or your connection, not TiviMate.
- Test on mobile data to rule out your home network.
- Check the date and time on your device; a wrong clock breaks the guide and catch-up.
When it’s the provider
If nothing loads on any device and the login is correct, your provider’s server is the likely cause. See server unavailable or not responding to confirm before contacting them.
