How to send a notice

Email support@8ktvsubscription.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. So that we can act quickly, please include:

  1. Your details: your name, organisation, postal address, email and phone number.
  2. The rights you hold: the work or channel concerned and the basis of your rights (for example, that you are the owner or an exclusive licensee), or the details of the rights owner you represent.
  3. What you’re reporting: the channel name, programme, film or series, as it appears in the service, and any other information that helps us identify it.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of isn’t authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.

How we respond

  • We acknowledge notices promptly, normally within two working days.
  • We review each notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the content concerned as quickly as possible.
  • We may contact you if we need more information to identify the content.
  • We keep a record of notices received and the action taken.

Our customers

Our terms of service and acceptable use policy prohibit customers from re-streaming, redistributing or showing the service in public. If you believe a customer is doing this, please include the details in your notice.

Counter-notices

If content is removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can contact us at the same address, explaining why. We’ll review the matter and respond.

Misuse of this process

Please only send a notice if you own the rights concerned or are authorised to act for the owner. Knowingly sending a false notice may have legal consequences.
