Try these in order
- Wait. Leave it on for up to 25 minutes, or until the screen changes, as Amazon advises.
- Restart it. Unplug the power, wait 60 seconds and plug it back in.
- Use the original power adapter in a wall socket. Amazon says the included accessories make sure the Fire TV gets enough power.
- Change the HDMI setup. Try with and without the HDMI extender, use a high-speed HDMI cable, try a different HDMI port and plug directly into the TV rather than an HDMI hub.
- Check HDCP. Confirm the TV is HDCP-compliant (see the video-cable section of its manual), or try a different TV.
- Factory reset if nothing else works. Hold Back and the right side of the navigation circle together for 10 seconds. This erases your account and everything downloaded.
After a reset, set the stick up again: see set up a Firestick. If it still won’t pass the logo on a second TV with the original adapter, the stick has probably failed; see Firestick won’t turn on.
