The codes at a glance
| Code | What Formuler says it means | Most likely fix |
|---|---|---|
| 7 (often with 403) | A connection failure between your device and the service | Check the portal URL and MAC-ID; ask the provider if the service is active |
| 11 | The M3U playlist URL is incorrect or inactive | Test the M3U link in a browser; check it with the provider |
From Formuler’s helpdesk, checked 5 October 2026.
Error code 7 or 403 on a new setup
Formuler’s steps, in order:
- Check your internet by trying another app, such as YouTube, on the Formuler.
- Check the portal URL is entered correctly. Type it into any web browser to see whether it’s correct and reachable.
- Check the MAC-ID you gave your provider. For Z11 series boxes with MyTVOnline 3, Formuler says the MAC-ID starts 00:1E; use the one shown on the add-portal screen of your box. See add a portal to MyTVOnline.
- Ask your provider whether your service is valid and activated.
- If your M3U playlist works, Formuler suggests trying an XC (Xtream Codes) login instead, by converting the long M3U link into XC credentials.
Error code 7 when it used to work
If nothing changed on your side and the service has stopped:
- Check your internet is stable and other apps work.
- Ask your provider whether your home IP address has been banned or blocked, or your account locked.
- Check the portal settings haven’t changed.
- Test the portal URL in a web browser on another device.
Services also stop when internet providers block them under court orders. See ISP blocking and IPTV.
Error code 11
Formuler’s steps for an M3U link that won’t load:
- Test the M3U URL in a web browser on your phone or computer to see whether it’s valid.
- Ask your provider to check the URL.
- If it worked before and you changed nothing, delete the M3U from the connections menu and add it again.
