What activation is
Smart IPTV is a player: it plays a playlist you upload, and it contains no channels. After the trial, each TV or device needs a one-time activation, paid to the developer on siptv.app. The activation is linked to the MAC address (or the device ID on newer LG TVs) that the app displays, which is why it applies to one device only.
| From the activation page, checked 5 October 2026 | |
|---|---|
| Price | 5.49 EUR, one-time, for each TV or device |
| Crypto option | 6 USDT or USDC on Polygon, BSC or AVAX |
| Card payments | Debit or credit card, via PayPal |
| What’s included | The app on that device; no channels |
Before you pay
- Install Smart IPTV and note the MAC address on screen. See Smart IPTV on Samsung TVs.
- Upload your playlist to that MAC address and check the channels play. See upload a playlist to Smart IPTV.
- Only then activate. The developer’s page asks you not to pay if you don’t have channels to use with the app, or if something isn’t working for you.
Activate
- Open the activation page on siptv.app on a phone or computer.
- Enter the MAC address or ID exactly as the app shows it.
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
- Restart Smart IPTV on the TV.
Pay only on siptv.app. Sites selling “Smart IPTV activation codes” aren’t the developer.
Common activation problems
- Still shows the trial: restart the app fully, and check the MAC address you paid for matches the one on screen. Wi-Fi and Ethernet MAC addresses differ. See MAC address for IPTV.
- New TV: activations are per device, so a new TV needs its own.
- Playlist errors after activating: activation doesn’t change your playlist; see Smart IPTV errors.
