As your provider sent it, for example http://example-server.tv:8080
Everything happens in your browser: your details are never sent to us or stored. The links contain your password, so keep them private. Some providers disable playlist links; if the link doesn’t load, ask your provider for it.
How to use the result
- Copy the M3U playlist link into your app’s “add playlist” or “M3U URL” field.
- Copy the TV guide link into the app’s EPG, XMLTV or TV guide source field. See how to add an EPG.
- Refresh the playlist and the guide in the app.
Choosing the options
- Stream format: MPEG-TS (
ts) usually changes channel faster; HLS (m3u8) can cope better with a patchy connection. If channels buffer, try the other. HLS vs MPEG-TS explains the difference. - List type: keep
m3u_plusso the list includes channel groups, logos and guide IDs. Use plainm3uonly for very basic players.
If the link doesn’t work
Open the playlist link in a browser first. If it shows text beginning with #EXTM3U, it works and the problem is in the app. If it shows an error, check the server address (including http:// and the port), the username and the password. Some providers disable playlist links; ask yours for one directly. The full explanation is in how to get an M3U URL from an Xtream Codes login.
Keep the links private: they contain your password in plain text.
