What decides IPTV picture quality

Two channels both labelled “HD” can look very different. Picture quality depends on several things working together: the resolution, how much data the channel uses (its bitrate), the frame rate, whether it’s HDR, and how your device and TV handle all of that. Some you can control; some are set by the channel.
