Which Philips do you have?
| System | How to recognise it | IPTV options |
|---|---|---|
| Google TV | Google’s home screen with recommendations, Google Play | The full range of Google Play players. See IPTV on Google TV |
| Android TV | Older Google home screen, Google Play | The same players. See IPTV on Android TV |
| Titan OS | Its own home screen and app store (all 2026 models) | Only players in the Titan OS store, if any suit your login |
| Other Philips systems (some earlier models) | Philips’ own home screen and store | Only players in the TV’s own store |
If you’re not sure, look in the TV’s settings for information about the TV or its software.
Google TV and Android TV models
These work like any Google TV or Android TV device:
- Open Google Play on the TV, search for a player and check the developer name. See the best IPTV apps for Android TV.
- Add your Xtream Codes login or M3U link.
- Load the TV guide, and turn on the TV’s or player’s frame-rate matching for smooth 25 and 50 fps channels.
Titan OS models
Titan OS, which Philips uses across its whole 2026 range from entry-level sets to OLED, doesn’t install Android apps, so players such as TiviMate aren’t available. heise reported that the first Titan TVs lacked some major streaming apps at launch, which the platform has since added in part. Search the TV’s app store for an IPTV player, check the developer name, and test it with your login before paying for anything.
If the store has nothing that fits, a plug-in device is the straightforward route: a Fire TV Stick or a Google TV Streamer in a spare HDMI port gives you the full range of players. See smart TV apps vs a streaming stick.
